By accessing or using Faith Harbor Web Solutions services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Services

We provide web development, design, and related services. The specific details, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in individual project agreements.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, including amounts and schedules, will be specified in project agreements. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables. We retain ownership of pre-existing materials and generic components.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing necessary materials and information
• Reviewing and approving deliverables
• Ensuring content compliance with laws
• Maintaining their own backups

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Client remains responsible for payment for work completed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
